Current literature – curated by the local libraries – about and from the Salzkammergut region is offered on the furniture in the public space. The street furniture encourages people to linger and read. Created by the design studio dottings (Sofia Podreka and Katrin Radanitsch), the modular system creates a wide variety of spaces from the same elements. Spontaneous readings and literature picnics are organised by the local libraries.
