The passage uses simple pictogrammatic signs to convey the transformation from tree to house in 40 stages. This transformation is depicted as if cut out of large blocks of wood, slice by slice.
Opening
On Wednesday, 11 September 2024, the opening will take place from 17:30. After a welcome drink and a small culinary greeting, the project will be officially opened in Grünau im Almtal by the chairman of proHolz Oberösterreich and other partners. The musicians of the Echoblasen will accompany the event with music.
The installation will be on display at the Almsee from 12/09 to 03/11/24 as a symbol of the forestry and timber industry in the region and an attractive photo motif.
