Gmunden is a popular tourist destination and yet has a well-known problem. The old town centre is struggling with vacancies and low footfall. The LandLuft film “Stadt Land Boden” by filmmaker Robert Schabus portrays communities that are leading by example.
Strengthening town centres, activating vacancies, designing public spaces and good land policy are just some of the topics. It is a journey across Austria, travelling to Feldkirch, Göfis, Mödling, Moosburg, Oberdrauburg, Thalgau and Trofaiach.
