Description

The New Earth Species Think Tank is an experimental architectural installation in public space. It is created together with the participants in a collective participatory process, divided into different phases that are dictated by the material.
After the form-finding of the N.E.S.T. took place in enriching, collaborative workshops with clay builder Anton Auer – between artistic expression and technical know-how – and the rammed earth floor was successfully fitted and sanded in September under the guidance of Elias Brunmayr, we are now starting our last collective round.

Together with the N.E.S.T. team, the participants can finalise the artwork and apply the second and final layer of clay plaster to the artwork.

The work will take place in a vacant cellar in Bauerpark, whose original superstructure, the Hotel Bauer, has long since ceased to exist. The meeting point is at the Kalvarienbergweg car park. Access via the Ahornstraße/Bauernstraße junction → google maps
