How can women and their actions or their positive impact on the city be made more visible? Last year, a commission of historians dealt with this question and made recommendations for the naming of streets and squares. This research focused on women who had their centre of life in Bad Ischl and who were victims of the National Socialist terror regime or were in the resistance because of various aspects. One of these women was Theresia Pesendorfer: The ceremony for the project will take place on Europe Day, at the square named after her near the music pavilion in Bad Ischl’s Kurpark.
