Grew up on a farm in Brixental. Graduated from the Ursprung agricultural college (1977). Studied biology/journalism (didn’t complete), then worked as an assistant to Ernst Gehmacher (Ifes, social science empiricism) for 5 years. 1996 founded own company (SW for media research). Co-founder of “Artists for Future Austria”. Project “Fahnenmeer” together with Stella Bach. Co-founder of the “Future Kitchen”. Since summer 2022 development of “micro gardens”, 2023 first field trial in Portugal/Alentejo.
