Training as elementary school teacher at the Pedagogical Academy in Salzburg. Graduated with a diploma in education (focus on “Evaluation of School Systems”) from the University of Salzburg.

Since autumn 2006 compulsory school teacher in Upper Austria. Since October 2018 definitive principal of VS Concordia Bad Ischl. Head of the course “Performing Play” at this very school for many years. Martin Sturm is very well connected and has already led numerous public performances of the elementary school children, on small to large stages in the hometown of Bad Ischl.
