My name is Jochen Neustifter, born on September 4th, 1975 and I live in Vorchdorf.

After my classic school education, I began my apprenticeship as a “cook & waiter” at the Hotel Stadtkrug in Wels.

Having successfully completed this, I continued my training at the Tourismusschule Bischofshofen – a course for adults.

After my apprenticeship, I was able to perfect my kitchen experience at “Restaurant Tanglberg” Vorchdorf, “Restaurant Waldesruh” Grieskirchen and at “Do&Co” Vienna/Internationales Catering.

During the many worldwide “Do&Co assignments” I also discovered my love for “catering”.

Which also prompted me to open my own restaurant “JO’S Restaurant & Partyservice” in Vorchdorf in 2000.

In the first few years I was able to receive various awards with “Gault Millau toques” & “a la carte stars”.

In addition to the classic restaurant business, my team and I spoil many events with catering. Among other things, various VIP clubs (Vorwarts Steyr, Black Wings Linz, Tennis-Fed-Cup, Fis-Weltcup,…), “Grüne Erde” Scharnstein, Traunseeschifffahrt,… are already among my customers.

My great passion is also holding cooking courses, children’s cooking courses (zB Almtaler Miniköche) and seminars in schools about “no waste”.

In addition, regionality and organic ingredients are of course very important to me!

Participations

“An der Alm”, “Industrie”, “Ortsleben – Kultur”, “Ankommen” and “Am Marktplatz”: 5 doors will open up new points of view for guests, tourists and locals in and around Vorchdorf.
