Franz Fitzke is a graduate journalist and worked as a freelance filmmaker for ZDF and ARTE for around 30 years. His documentaries focused on history, science and the environment. In recent years, numerous films on the subject of “water” followed. Since 2001, Fitzke has studied the works of Viktor and Walter Schauberger. 2008, the first film documentary about Viktor Schauberger was released on DVD (now on YouTube: Viktor Schauberger – comprehend and copy nature”). In 2024, a film upgrade entitled “Schauberger’s Legacy – New Impulses for Nature and Technology” will be premiered in Bad Ischl as part of the Open Water Dialogues.
