Chef & restaurateur, born in 1985, living in Bad Goisern, Krauli has been an independent restaurateur and chef at the beautiful Siriuskogl in Bad Ischl for 16 years. His creativity and passion for fresh authentic and, above all, cosmopolitan cuisine are downright contagious. His trademark is his simple, unconventional, but above all devoted way of cooking. In his professional and private life, he is known as a kitchen rebel, an affectionate stubbornness and a visionary.
Krauli is known from many German-language television programs, with or without kitchen references.
