Carola Stabauer, born 1972 in Linz, studied architecture at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, masterclass Zaha Hadid and Bartlett School London (UK). Since graduating in 2003, she has worked independently in the field of architecture and design and has been a member of the Vienna Chamber of Architects since 2016. 2017 she received the Margarete Schütte-Lihotzky Project Scholarship, Federal Chancellery. Lecturer at TU Wien since 2012, workshops at TU Graz and in Ivano-Frankivsk (Ukraine) as well as teaching at the Bautechnikum in Vienna since 2020. Initiator of the “Hallstatt_Denkwerkstatt 2024”. Co-editor of the publication of the same name, together with Michael Obrist and Christian Nuhsbaumer.
