Otto Saxinger graduated from the University of Art and Design Linz (Experimental Visual Design) from 1990-96 and had scholarships abroad at the Cité des Arts in Paris (1998) and at the Egon Schiele Centre, Česk. Krumlov (CZ; 2012). He received the talent promotion award for artistic photography from the province of Upper Austria (1998) and is a member of the MAERZ artists’ association. How Scurrealism Comes into the World
