Born in Graz in 1969, grew up in Graz and Salzburg, studied philosophy at the UNI Vienna from 1992 to 1995, studied painting at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna from 1994 to 2000, studied at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris in 1998/99, Theodor Körner Prize for Painting in 2000. Numerous solo and group exhibitions at home and abroad. She began her career painting self-portraits. Last major presentation of her series of works by Hansjörg Zauner: 2020 to 2021 “100x1Modell” at the Egon Schiele Art Centrum, Ceský Krumlov, Czech Republic. Catalogue of these works with texts by Judith Zillich: Judith Zillich “Körperrand”, published by Ritter-Verlag in 2021.
